Yes, an IRS (or state) account transcript is an acceptable document to process your return.

What about a return transcript? I'm trying to file for my tax return and hope I ordered the correct one

Are you referring to a Tax Return Transcript from the IRS? If so, this means your return has already been filed for the year on the transcript. Or are you referring to a Wage and Income Transcript? If so, you can use the data there to file your return.

@Chris052072

What form are you talking about ?   A W-2 or a 1099 of some kind?   Is this off the IRS transcript?

The IRS Wage and Income Transcript does not show the full EIN... only the last 4 digits.
