Can i use single for me for filing tax 2019 ,while i got finalized my divorce on march 2019

Yes, if your divorce was final in March 2019, and you did not remarry before the end of 2019, you can file as single for 2019. If you have a child living with you, you might be able to file as head of household, which might reduce your tax or give you a bigger refund. You cannot file as married.

yes, because you were primarily single the majority of the year.

Your filing status is determined by your marital status at the end of the year, not what your marital status was for the majority of the year. If you get divorced in December you file as single. If you get married in December you file as married.
