Can I use the license code to file my turbo tax on-line?

Im not able to load or download the software on my computer.

You are posting from online Premier.  

 

No.   That license code is only for desktop  (CD/download) software---not the online software which is priced differently.  You need a full PC or Mac to use desktop software.  If you purchased software you cannot use from a retailer maybe you can return it.  If you purchased it from TurboTax contact customer support.
