Can I use turbotax home and business to do my standard taxes, brought the wrong one and am unable t return it to the store.

Yes. All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You get the most help in the Home & Business version. If you never used the Home & Business version before it is a little different. Instead of a Federal tab it has Personal and Business tabs. Otherwise it's about the same as Premier or lower. So any answers you see that say go to the Federal tab you would go to the Personal tab.
