Question

Can I use TurboTax Premier if one of my income forms is a 1099misc from part-time work with no itemized expenses?

I don't have any mileage records, purchases specific to that income (or none that would offset the standard deduction anyways), or receipts of related expenses.   Essentially, I have a single W2, 1095-B, 1095-C, 1099-G, 1099-R, and a single 1099-Misc.

Yes, you can use TurboTax Premier to report a 1099-misc form if you are claiming no related expenses.
