Can my boyfriend claim me as his dependent? I live with my boyfriend and lost my job in April, since then, he has fully supported me. Can he claim me as His dependent?

Maybe.   If you had LESS than $4700 of income in 2023 and you lived with BF for the whole year, he can claim you and he gets the $500 credit for other dependents.  If you made more than $4700 he cannot claim you.

And....you cannot be his qualifying dependent to file as head of household.   He cannot file as HOH unless he has a dependent who is related to him---like a child who is his child.

Only if you lived with him the whole year and made less than 4,700 income total.   He can add you as a dependent, answer the questions and the program will let him know if you qualify as his dependent.
