Question

Can my daughter who turned 25 in Dec 2020 and is a full time law student be considered my dependent. I thought it was under 24?

When I entered her info into TurboTax, it said she qualified as a dependent.

She can still be your dependent if (1) her income was $4300 or less, and (2) you provided more than 50% of her support.  (Just like if she were your elderly  parent.)  Who is paying for law school?
