Can my mom claim me as a dependent?

I’m a 20 year old college student and I haven’t lived at my moms house for over a year. I live with my bf’s family and they pay for my living expenses. My mom doesn’t support me financially in any way but she says she can still claim me just because I didn’t change my address on my license yet.

address on license is irrelevant.   its where you really live.  not living with her for over a year denies her the right to claim you as a qualifying child.   then the question becomes are you her qualifying relative which would qualify her to claim you.  to that the answer MAY also be no becuase she didn't provide over 1/2 your support (i think - college is expensive who is paying for it) if she is that counts as support.   but there is another test.  if your gross income was over $4,250 for 2019 she can't claim you and by the way neither can your boyfriend or his family.
