I have used Turbo Tax for years and this is the first year I need to use a license code to get into my account, I need a license code if you could please send it to me or text to me at [phone number removed], or email me at [email address removed]. Thank you

@dapapka Unfortunately TurboTax can't send you a license code. You'll need to contact them using the information that @VolvoGirl provided in the post above yours and then they can help you.

I purchased the 2021 Turbo Tax through Amazon Prime for my 89 year old Dad.

He received the purchase but can not find the License Code needed to use.

He has tried to contact someone for assistance. He called me and know I am trying to help him.
Please help with this problem.

If you purchased the software as a download from TurboTax then you have to sign onto your download account using the same User ID you used to purchase the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts
