Can not import data from E*TRADE into 2025' Premier Turbotax return? (download version)

When I try, I get a box error telling me to call for password support. So I called the number and basically told (after 30 minutes) that it is a 'known issue' and will clear up at some point in the indefinite future.

Anyone getting it working as of 2/22/2025?

Importing from E*Trade is available. ‌If you're using TurboTax Online, be sure to clear your Cache and Cookies between attempts. ‌When you type in E*Trade on the bank name, double-click E*Trade from Morgan Stanley in the search results below. You should then get a Sign In link. Make sure you check your broker account to be sure you enable 'third party sharing'.
