Question

Can someone assist me with filing my 2018 taxes. I purchased and installed the cd but can't seem to get started.

    What type of computer operating system are you installing the TurboTax software, Windows or Apple?

    Were you able to install the software and get a TurboTax icon on the desktop computer screen?

    If so, are you able to start and open the TurboTax program?  If the program can be opened then click on the File menu at the top left of the desktop program screen and click on New Tax Return.
