Question

Can someone explain what my options are for filling taxes if turbo tax is asking for last years PIN? I don't remember that and I don't remember last years return.

You should have an option to use last year's AGI.

To locate your Adjusted Gross Income AGI from last year, please follow these instructions:

If you have filed your last year 2018 tax return and have a copy of the tax forms, you may locate the amounts on line 7 on your 2018 Form 1040 or line 35 on 2018 Form 1040-NR if applies to you.

If you used TurboTax online to file, you can access your account here Login and download a copy of your prior year’s 1040 tax return to find your AGI.  Click here for instructions: Prior year's return

If you do not have a copy of the tax forms, you may order a transcript from the IRS.  Click here Get  Transcript and select  "Get Transcript Online "  On the transcript, look under section "Adjustment to Income" and find the amount for Adjusted Gross Income.

pin could be for state return.  many states allow you to go to their website and lookup your pin.  joint return each has a pin

Although TurboTax doesn't seem to want you to know it, if used TurboTax last year and selected a five digit PIN,  and imported your last return before starting, the five digit PIN is available.

It's a good idea to make a note of it your self and keep it safe

If you don't have the PIN and you have to mail it in, you won't get to select a PIN this time either.

If you use the PIN make sure AGI is cleared (not zero).
