Question

Can someone fix my financial data import problem? I can view the 2020 1099-INT PDF data at my financial institute online. but, when I attempt import, TT gives an error

If I am logged in to MyMerrill, TT error tells me to try again later.  If not, TT error tells me there is not tax data is available.  MyMerrill's response was that everything looks OK and I need to contact TT
