Can someone help me find how to file for the Early Childhood Educator Income Tax Credit? "The tax credit takes effect for this tax year (2022)."

It was passed in 2022 and here is the information: https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/hb22-1010

I meet these requirements but Turbotax does not seem to be offering me the choice to enter it anywhere.

The full instructions are in CO DR 1703 . In TurboTax, I find it in the Colorado state income tax area. You proceed through and past the income section and come to the screen that says "Take a look at Colorado credits and taxes." On that page you will find the Early Childhood Educator Credit 3rd or 4th entry from the top.

Also, while you are there, if you happen to be 65 years old or older and do not get a Homestead or Disabled Veterans property tax exemption, there could be as much as $1,000 added to your Colorado refund via the Senior Housing Credit.
