can someone please help, i can't find payers EIN from downloaded 1099 form

You will have to post the form manually.

• The manual entry does not require an EIN
• You should print or copy the information on the 1099
• There are many 1099's
• I will guess it's a 1099 DIV or INT

To post a new 1099-INT or 1099-DIV

1. Select Wages & Income
2. I'll choose what I work on
3. Scroll and select Interest and Dividend
4. You may see either Start or Update
5. Do you have investment income in 20XX - Yes
6. Import options appear - Skip Import
7. Click on the type of 1099 that you have - Continue
8. Enter the new information
9. If you wish to Add an Investment, you will repeat these steps
