Can someone tell me how to fix turbo tax deluxe ..the continue button on the pay for efile state screen does not work I am using windows 10 and google chrome

REDUCE THE MONITOR RESOLUTION TO THE LOWEST AVAILABLE SETTING!!!!!  

The TurboTax Software GUI's do not handle high resolution monitors very well...

 

I had the same problem loading my software, and the same problem existed on the Payment GUI.

 

I expect recognition and compensation for this root cause discovery!
