Can't add Investment Sale (Stock, Bond, etc).

There seems to be a bug related to the investment assistant:

Under "Wages & Income", "Your investment sales summary" I click on "+ Add more sales", then select "Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds" and click "Continue". All I get is a blank, white screen and it is impossible to add any sales.

I get the same behavior when selecting "Cryptocurrency". Selecting "Other" does display the next screen, though.

Program is updated to the latest update and I tried restarting it multiple times, to no avail.

Please advise!

Are you using one of the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions for Windows?

If so, try this procedure -

Save your tax return and close the TurboTax program

Right click on the TurboTax icon

Click on Properties

Click on the Compatibility tab

Check the box Run this program as an administrator

Click on Apply and OK

Start the TurboTax program and see if the problem persists

Are you using desktop or online?

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

If using TurboTax Online: Clear your cache and cookies. See this FAQ, for your particular browser.

If using TurboTax Desktop: Please see this FAQ.
