Can't e-file from TurboTax Deluxe Mac desktop

I am repeatedly getting the following error message:

/Return/ReturnData/IRS1116/ForeignTaxCreditSource/USTaxWithheldOnDividendAmt - Data in the return is missing or invalid. Please double check your entries.

When I check my Forms 1116 and all the related interviews there are no issues: everything is filled out, no errors come up in the error check...

What should I do get this e-filed successfully?

If you have paid taxes to both foreign and the US tax authorities, the IRS allows you to claim a foreign tax credit on your US tax return. To claim this foreign tax credit, you would need to file a Form 1116 Foreign Tax Credit. The amount will show on Schedule 3 line 1 and line 20 on Form 1040.
