Can't efile Mass 2022 S Corporation Excise Return

I completed and mailed my 2022 1120S Federal S Corp tax return using Turbo Tax for Business on March 1, 2023. The Massachusetts State software was not available for the S Corp Excise at that time. I was able to upload the software today March 10, 2023. When I was trying to efile the Mass State return the message I got was that both Federal and State returns had to be efiled at the same time. The software will not allow me to efile the State return by itself. I'm afraid to efile the federal return as I have already mailed it. Does anyone know how to override this. The State return is due March 15, 2023.

You can mark the line Do not e-file my federal return now, I'll do it later to e-file your MA S-Corp return.

To do this in TurboTax Business you can:

Under the File tab and File a Return, select E-file as your filing method
Continue and select Do not e-file my federal return now, I'll do it later
Proceed to e-file your MA return
