can't enter tax info in program

tried to enter real estate taxes on vacation home. Cant get program to accept any entry. Tried rebooting, no change,.

Real estate taxes paid on a vacation home, as long as it is not a rental property are reported on Sch A, along with the real estate taxes of your principal residence.

There is a limitation of $10,000 on Sch A for the taxes section ($5,000 for MFS). If the real estate taxes on the vacation home are included after there is already $10,000 of taxes to deduct, then it will not make a difference and they are not able to be carried over to next year.

Hi,

This is an issue in several "interview mode" screens in TurboTax 2021. Some input fields AKA textboxes just do not accept keyboard input. This happened to me when entering my SSN, the real estate taxes paid, and some other field I can't remember now.

I use TTx every year (install from CD to my PC) and this is the first year I see this issue. It happens in some textboxes, but it's very annoying. I get the update every time I open TTx. Please fix it.
