Some of the forms and schedules included in your tax return have not been finalized for filing.  See this TurboTax support FAQ for IRS forms availability - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1908854-irs-forms-availability-table-for-turbotax-individual-perso...

Click on Review at the top of the program screen.  In the Review section is a screen that shows the forms and schedules included in your tax return that have not been finalized and the date they will be available.

I recently filed my taxes with TurboTax. I paid for the filing fees but was not allowed to sign and file my returns without paying the balance of my state and federal taxes that I owe. I want to make payment arrangements but was only allowed to make payment arrangements for federal. I need to make payment arrangements for state not federal.

No one can call you from this user forum, and it is unsafe to post your phone number here on a public web site.  The filter removed it for your protection.

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition.  If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there.  Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

To call TurboTax customer support

They are available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time Monday - Friday.

If you need to make payment arrangements to pay your state tax due you will need to contact your state.  TurboTax cannot do that for you.

Ok, but why is it that I can’t skip down to file and sign without paying my taxes that I owe first?
