Can't find where to enter estimated payments

I did quarterly estimated state tax payments last year but cannot find where to input this data. The button described in the help section (under deductions) is not on my screen.

Go to Federal>Deductions and Credits>Estimates and Other Taxes Paid>Other Income Taxes

You enter your estimated taxes in the Deductions and Credits section, then Estimates and Other Taxes paid, then Estimates.
