Can't get rid of Needs Review for Self-employed sick leave credit

Got Needs Review flag on Self-employed sick leave credit. No way to correct it after hitting update. On Review page, there is no mention any wrong item. Review passed without any issue. Is there any problem to file the return when there is an item requiring Needs Review?

Found a way to workaround it... Picked up Self-employed sick leave from Topic List and adjusted days. After that, Needs Review is gone.

Yes, the Self-Employed Tax Credit for Sick Leave would require an entry for days. It is a refundable tax credit equivalent to a qualified sick leave amount which is based on your average daily self-employment income.
