Can't open the software after upgrade

I am trying to reopen the Turbotax and finish the uncompleted file. It shows I need to upgrade to continue and if  I close the upgrade window, the software automatically closes. But if I do the upgrade, it will process and show "No Tax Form Updates at This Time" then the software will automatically quit again. So I still can't open the software and do the file. 

I've tried to uninstall and install it again, but it didn't work. Can you please help? Thank you.

    Are you still experiencing this problem?

     

    Make sure you have ran all updates.
