Can't submit taxes

Last night I paid 130 dollars only to find out at the very end that i am not able to submit my taxes due to my social security number already being filed?

And yet I did not file anything previous to this.

I would either like a complete refund or for this issue to be settled because as of right now I haven't filed my taxes yet I'm being told I can't file my taxes because I already did, which I did not.

If you are positive that you hadn't already e-filed your return on an earlier date and you are sure that you are not eligible to be claimed as a dependent by someone else, you may be a victim of identity theft. You will have to file a paper return instead of e-filing. You can also access IRS resources on identity theft here.

Regarding the TurboTax fee, it sounds like your return required forms and schedules not supported by the free version of TurboTax. Please click here to see the pricing tiers and the included tax situations.
