Can't transfer TTOnline to Desktop.

I spent over 5 hours preparing my return on TT online, and ran into a problem that it recommended I solve using TT Desktop.  So I bought TT desktop premier, got it installed and activated, and now trying to transfer my online files so that I don't have to start over completely.  Keep running into error 190 even though I downloaded my state, closed TT desktop, opened again. I'm in an endless loop.

    Try this:

     

    1. Open TurboTax and select Start a New Return.
    2. Go to the State Taxes tab.
    3. Download the states you need.
      • There may be a fee if you need more than one state or if your version of TurboTax doesn't include one free state download.
    4. Close TurboTax.
    5. Reopen TurboTax.
    6. Open the file that generated the error.

    You could also try clearing your Cache and Cookies in TurboTax Online, before transferring to TurboTax Desktop.
