Can we mail in our W2's? It reads in the Premier Package the IRS will bill $50.00 for efile?

There are no e-file charges when using the TurboTax online editions. The charges are for the use of the software to assist in completing the tax returns. The account fees are the same whether a tax return is e-filed or printed for mailing.
The $50 fee you are referring to is if you request a complete copy of a federal tax return from the IRS using Form 4506. If you requested this form in error then it can be deleted.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on Delete a form
