Can we use the keycode for "TURBOTAX PREMIER 2020 MAC ESD" from Costco to proceed the tax return in Turbotax Premier Online?

I purchased the license for "TURBOTAX PREMIER 2020" already from Costco.

No you cannot use the license code from Costco to use online software. That code is ONLY for the CD/download. If you purchased TurboTax from Costco you purchased the download.

If you are trying to use online now, you are using the wrong software.

You need to switch to the desktop software to get what you paid for. You have to download it, update it and open it up from your own hard drive to use it.
