Can you edit Schedule SE? Turbo Tax is not calculating correctly.

I was able to add interest expense related to a partnership purchase and this shows up on the 2nd line of Sch E and inputs the correct EIN. This reduces my taxable income, but Schedule SE does not not incorporate the interest expense on Line 2.

    The income transferred to Schedule SE form your K-1 schedule would only be the self-employment income listed on line 14 of the Schedule K-1. I'm not sure where you entered the interest expense, but you would need to have it included in the line 14 self-employment earnings for it to affect your self-employment tax listed on Schedule SE.
