Can you help I have 2 W 2s from my employer?

Can you help I have 2 W 2s from my employer? one only has box 12 a coded as DD with the amount of but no other boxes filled except for 13 showing as a retirement plan is checked please advise as to what I need to do?

You can simply combine the two W-2s.  Enter the W-2 with all the information (Box 1, Box 2, etc.).  Then add the 2nd W-2 Box 12 information to it.  Be sure to keep both W-2s with your tax records.
