Can you help me why i owe 648 to new jersey filed

If you are unable to pay the full amount, you can apply for a NJ payment plan through their website.

If you are wanting to make the payment in full, you can do so at the end of your return by entering your bank info or credit card number. This will be transmitted to NJ with your return and they will then process the payment on the date you choose when entering your information.
