Turbo Tax comes up as a new return "Let's get started", all the work that I had already put in is gone, can you help?

Are you sure you sure you don't have more than one account that this information could be on? Many people have more than one account associated with their email address.

Check to see if you have more than one account. You can have multiple User IDs with one e-mail address.
