Can you help me, I work at McDonald’s and we have RMHC (Ronald McDonald House Charity), so why is it rejecting how much I put?

It says that my state taxes is rejected, but it has no idea of knowing what I’ve donated and how. I work at McDonald’s and we have a Ronald McDonald House Charity Fund. I use it to round up my change whenever I buy food from work. So why is my state being rejected?

What state are you filing from and what rejection code came up when your tax return was rejected?
