Can you help me process my refund? I have called and received approval for a refund, but when I applied online, the request was rejected. The case is #1511357684

Over the phone, the refund was approved, but once I applied online, it was rejected. Would like to see TurboTax follow through on satisfaction promises!

Is this in regard to your tax refund or the Refund Advance?  

 

We can't assist with refunds as we do not issue them.  The IRS will issue them to your bank and you can track the status here.

Hello! No, this is for the filing fee refund, for using the TurboTax product online. Could you please refer to my case number above to help me process the refund? I have tried processing already using the online form, as instructed and approved over the phone by customer service, but the online form was rejected.
