Can you help with my tax form and is there some hidden charges i have all info with you from last year

 There is no such thing as a "short form"--not since 2017.  Everyone uses a Form 1040 whether they itemize or not.    You are posting from online Basic Live---is that what you selected?   it is free if you have a very simple return and file by 3-31.

*A simple tax return is Form 1040 only.

Situations covered in TurboTax Free Edition include:

• W-2 income
• Limited interest and dividend income reported on a 1099-INT or 1099-DIV
