We cannot see your return or your screen so we do not know what you have done so far.  What "next steps" are you referring to?  Since you are posting from "Live" Deluxe  you can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from  5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time Monday - Friday.
