Can you please help me why do I have a balance due for the year 2021 when I already paid in full my taxes?

I don't know what to do since I followed all the steps Turbo Tax instructed me to do. How should I trust Turbo Tax again if I want to file my 2023 Tax return after receiving such notices  unexpected?

Yes, if you have received an IRS letter about your 2021 tax return, you need to speak to someone who can help you look into this further.
