Can you send a copy of my 2021 taxes that we entered last night on order #[PII Removed]?

We completed the federal and state taxes but I couldn't find my 2019 taxes to complete the e file and I need to print the forms so that I can send them in by mail. However, you have already billed my credit card. Need help to finish the proces

If you were unable to successfully e-file your returns, you'll need to switch to the File By Mail option. Each return (federal and state) will be printed and have an instructions page that contains the proper address you'll use when mailing your returns. You may also want to mail using a method that requires a signature on receipt so that you'll have proof that the taxing authorities have received your returns.

Use the info I'm linking below to switch your filing method. Please post back if you have further questions. TurboTax does not mail your returns. You must mail them yourself.
