@jerjo-hoffman Read the reply you got from DoninGA already. That tells you how to cancel your Advantage account. No one else can do it for you. YOU have to do it.

Please cancel my automatic annual purchase of Turbo Tax software. My situation has changed as I am retired, my wife has passed away, I have no dependents or special situations and no longer need the software. I take the standard deduction and no longer need for the Turbo Tax software. Please confirm that I will no longer automatically receive or be charged for this product. Thank you, Harlan
