Question

cannot activate software. Get 606 error code. Licence code in long code with no hyphone breaks.

does turbi tax have a phone number that has a help line

    606 means invalid activation code.

     

    You need to log in to the desktop software using the same login information that you used on the first device that you installed it on.  

     

    You can install the program on up to 5 devices but only one account can use it.  If you plan on doing taxes for other family members then you will need to enter their information into your account.
