Cannot complete e-file due to pending question

I cannot complete the on-line e-file.  It keeps asking me to enter a State code and an employer zipcode for a W-2 form.. I HAVE NO W-2 FORMS at all.  Please help resolve this.

The first thing I would check is to see if any W2s were transferred from last year to this year. 

 

If this is the case, you will need to delete the W2s. You can find and delete the W2s here:

 

  • While signed in and working in TurboTax
  • Click on Federal, then click on Income and Expenses
  • Click on Jobs (W2)
  • Then click on the garbage can to the right of any W2 you want to delete.
