I have been trying to delete an unneeded adoption credit carryover from last year- (we didn't have any qualifying expenses). I have deleted this credit many times but it simply reappears. I have also tried deleting the carryover worksheet in forms, but again, it reappears. I was able to delete form 8839, but it still shows up on my printout.
I cannot file without fixing this, but that didn't stop them from taking my money. Eyeroll.
