cannot edit wrong information in the auto-linked PDF

TurboTax auto-linked 1099-DIV from my Chase bank. The Pdf uploaded for 1099-DIV was missing address information. So, the program prompted me to type those. I made a typo in the state.  But, the TurboTax program thinks the zip is wrong and forces me to edit it. There is no option of editing the state!

I am sorry but I really do not think you understand the problem. This has nothing to do with browser cache. Your program has a bug. Turbotax representatives promised to come up with a solution and they promised me to call me yesterday, yet they did not. The way you are handling this issue is extremely frustrating!

Sometimes importing documents can cause difficulties, and the best way to resolve them is to delete the form that was imported and re-enter the information manually using the instructions that I have provided. If that doesn't work for you, you can contact Turbo Tax Customer Service.

You can edit your state information for your Form 1099-DIV using the instructions below.

    2. Click on "Search
    3. And in the search bar type"1099-DIV"
    4. Select "Jump to 1099-DIV"
    5. It'll take you to a screen that shows your Form(s) 1099-DIV that you have entered.
    6. Next to the Form 1099-DIV you want to edit, click on the (down-facing) caret
    7. Click on the "Edit"
    8. Make sure the box is checked for  "My form has info in other boxes"
    9. Scroll down and edit your state information

    For TurboTax Online:

    5. It will take you to a screen that shows your Form(s) 1099-DIV that you have entered.
    6. Next to the Form 1099-DIV you want to delete, click on the (down-facing) caret

You can also use these instructions to delete the Form 1099-DIV and reenter it.

Your screens will look something like this:

Select the box that says "My form has info in other boxes"

Sorry, but typing "1099-DIV" does not give a "Jump to 1099-DIV" option. The screenshot is attached below. Also, I want to emphasize that this is a "linked" PDF in that I did not manually upload this file.

The issue is in the following form I attached, again for which there is no edit option. This does not let me return the file nor edit the "state".
