I cannot efile my state tax after federal tax return is accepted. Why this is still not working???

Tried everything. I even called the customer service. I shared my screen and customer service then walked me through every possible solution and none of those worked. She then told me she asked her colleagues to fix the software issue and it will work 1 or 2 hours later. I tried today and it was not working at all.

My suggestion is that we completely avoid using turbotax. It just took your money and gives you nothing.

Literally 0 help. And this is the first year I tried Turbotax. I will request refund and never use it again. For anyone who see this post, I strongly suggest you avoid Turbotax. It is a nightmare.
