trying to file my mom's taxes she past away in April I thought they were done but can not get them to be excepted by efile

Sorry for your loss. Social Security most likely froze the SSN in the system and shared that information with the IRS. You will not be able to e-file using your mom's SSN. The return will have to be filed by mail. Sorry.
