I don't yet understand your situation well enough to comment.  Please provide this additional info:

1. What product did you use last year for your 2023 return?    Did you use Online Premier?
2. What product are you using for your 2024 return this year?   Are you using Online TurboTax or the 2024 desktop software?
3. Do you have the *.tax2023 data file?   Is it on your computer?
4. If using the 2024 desktop software, is it for Windows or Mac?

Where did you do 2023 last year?  Did you use the Online version?  And you are using the Online version this year?   You need to log into the same account.   Or do you have the .tax2023 file on your computer?
