I purchased 2024 premier for my PC running Windows. I could download Windows_PC_Turbox_Download.exe. When I double-click to launch TurboxTax, I got error message "Failed to ensure dir exists: C:\Temp\ckz_1AP3". Each time I launch TurboxTax, I got same error message but with different dir name (such as C:\Temp\ckz_XNKA).
Anyone has ideal how to fix it?

Try running in 'Administrator' mode.
To do this, right-click on the .exe file which you downloaded and in the dialogue box that appears, left-click on "Run as Administrator".
