Question

Cannot launch turbotax 2024 for windows

I have windows 11 pro. The 2024 turbotax software for windows (deluxe, state & fed) is able to:

  • download
  • install
  • i accepted the licensing agreement, 
  • but immediately shuts down once I select the button to start my taxes.

 

I have taken these steps, but nothing has worked:

  • I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.
  • I restart my computer every time.
  • My os is up to date
  • I am running the program as an admin
  • S mode is not on. 

 

Does Inuit/ Turbotax offer support for technical issues?

I had to file an extension, because this is such a headache.

    HI Catina, 

    I already did all of the items listed on the linked site. I followed those steps before posting here, and yet it did not work. 
    Is there a chat function or phone number I can call for additional technical support?
