What is preventing you from efiling?   What happens when you try?   Are you getting any error message?

 

When you go through the REVIEW tab, are there any error messages?

 

Do you have income reported in your return, or is it a zero-income return?

post the rejection message/code and we can tell you if you have a fixable problem that will allow you to e-file.
