I have use Turbo Tax for more then 10 years and I have never had any problems installing the CD. This time the disc is not installing. My computer is not recognizing the disc. It isn't doing anything. it doen nor make the noise when I insert it . the Cd is not rotating. Is there some thing wrong with my disc. I can put other Cd's in and the computer reads/plays them. Once again I .have never had a problem installing the CD. please let me know what I should do.
